Taoist Meditation/Yoga Mat
Finally here! One can do several positions on these mats comfortably without any pain on the knees. These mats include 24 meditation position poses. 6 ft in length, only available in black. Comes with a carrying bag case. All proceeds go to Tao Chia Foundation.

Summer camp held in Yi Lan, Taiwan this summer! July 6~13, 2014.
Featuring world renown qigong GrandMaster Tu Jin Sheng, Jack Tu (Jackie Chan’s Disciple), Julie Tu ( B.A Psychology), Jenny Tu (M.S Oriental Medicine, Acupuncturist), Jimmy Tu (Physical Therapy)
The camp will be held in the mountains of Yi Lan, Taiwan from July 6~13. A great chance for families to get together over the summer to learn self defense and meditation (your chance to shred fat or get healthy)! Ages 10 years and up. Teaching will be in both English and Mandarin. Rooms and meals are provided during the camp. The camp will have an option of 6 days 5 nights of training or 3 days 2 nights. If you would like to attend both camps of 8 days and 7 nights, there is a discount. This is a chance you will regret missing out on! Sign up ASAP and reserve your spot as space is limited. 梅花樁 (mei hua zhuang)
English translation: Plum Blossom Poles
Plum blossom pole serve as a base for all martial art practitioners. It allows the practitioner to master several areas at the same time, such as balance and leg strength. Stances are especially important in any form of martial art. On these poles practitioners are able to practice 馬步 (ma bu, Horse Stance), 弓步 (gong bu, Bow Stance), 金雞獨立 (jin ji du li, Golden Rooster stands on one leg).
There are 5 poles for each set, representing the Plum Blossom's flower petals. In total there are 25 poles, each set with different height, separating basic level from advanced.
